Practical information

• Participants will be wolcomed at the Escale reception desk: Quartier du Grand Large, 351 Avenue des Bancs de Flandre, 351 Rue des Islandais, 59140 Dunkerque

• The conference will take place on the Casino : 40 Pl. du Casino, 59240 Dunkerque.

• Accommodation will be in a single room at the Escale youth hostel (Quartier du Grand Large, 351 Avenue des Bancs de Flandre, 59140 Dunkerque). The cost of your accommodation is included in the registration price. No action on your part is required.

To get from Dunkirk station to l'Escale (your accommodation) or from l'Escale to the Casino (conference place) you will find a PowerPoint showing you the route.

Cancellation policy:

Before 2nd of May, 2023: 50% of registration fees will be reimbursed, the remaining 50% will remain invoiced.

After 2nd of May, 2023: No reimbursement of registration fees.

NB: For information, the conference begins on June 6 at 6 p.m. and ends on June 9 at 11:50 a.m..
